Mitsubishi adds rear view camera to Triton Hard Tray packs
Mitsubishi Motors Australia has announced that all Cab Chassis Triton models fitted with the Cab Chassis models, will now come standard as part of the Genuine Accessory Hard Tray packs.
The rear view camera has been incorporated into the design of the MY17 Triton Cab Chassis Genuine Hard Tray, with the display shown via the Triton’s infotainment screen on the dash.
Mitsubishi Motors’ Executive Director of Marketing, Tony Principe said the Triton Cab Chassis rear view camera solution demonstrates Mitsubishi’s commitment to offering important standard safety technology on all models in the range.
“By offering a genuine rear view camera solution, we are able to offer Triton customers safety technology, without breaking their budget.
“The Triton cab chassis continues to be a popular choice in the market, and we are committed to offering important safety technology like this to all of our customers.”
The Genuine Hard Tray, including the rear view camera is available from $1191 to $1750 depending on the tray configuration (pricing does not include dealer fitment and charges).
The Mitsubishi Triton is priced from $22,300 (plus on road costs) and comes in a range of single and double cab configurations, as well as 4×2 and 4×4. All models, except for the base Triton GLX 4×2 which comes with a 94kW/194Nm 2.4-litre four-cylinder petrol engine, come with a 133kW/430Nm MIVEC 2.4-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel and six-speed manual, as well as the option of a five-speed automatic.
